This property is an elegant semi-detached apartment block from the 19th century over 6 floors. At present the building has 6 apartments, but in our view there is potential for attic conversion to gain 2 more apartments. There is no parking inside the plot, but there is plenty of parking free of charge along the street. All the buildings in the street are from the same period. There is also help to create fully accessible apartments and this could be achieved in the basement floor of the building.
