Cliff at Lyons, known for its exquisite landscapes and fascinating history, provides an idyllic backdrop for this stunning residence, where guests can experience the tranquillity of the country green.

Flanked by serene canal and lily pond views, Love One welcomes you through a private entrance into a world of refined opulence. The cottage opens to a grand formal lounge, showcasing garden vistas and offering access to a serene terrace. Adorned with silk drapes, wooden panelling, stone floors, and plush carpets, the lounge embodies timeless elegance, complete with an ornamental fireplace that enhances its warm, inviting atmosphere.

A cosy window seat carved into a nook in the drawing room presents picturesque views of the glistening stream and expansive emerald lawns. On the ground floor, the quaint open-plan kitchen and dining room can accommodate up to six guests, providing a perfect space for shared meals. To the rear, period-style French doors lead to a canal-front terrace, where a stone barbecue, landscaped planting, and patio seating create an ideal setting for outdoor relaxation.

Upstairs, Love One Cottage features two spacious en-suite bedrooms, named Romeo and Juliet, after literature’s most iconic star-crossed lovers. These stunning bedrooms are designed with magnificent Parisian-inspired décor, making for an unforgettable stay steeped in unparalleled comfort.

Note: Cliff at Lyons operates from Wednesdays – Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays. On these days, guests staying over may avail of the estate’s facilities, including fine dining at The Mill Restaurant and wellness treatments at the award-winning Well in the Garden Spa, subject to booking in advance and availability. On Mondays and Tuesdays, the cottage is available on a self-catering basis.
