Corduff House Stud and Farm is located in the village of Coolcarrigan which is located some 16 km from the boutique town of Naas. With a population of around 20,700 Naas and being some 32 km / 20 miles from Dublin, Naas is a major commuter suburb, with many people residing there and working in Dublin.
